These services are educational and advisory in nature.

2. No Employment Guarantee

NGO Career Link does not guarantee:

  • Job placement
  • Internship placement
  • Volunteer placement
  • Interviews
  • Shortlisting
  • Contracts
  • Recruitment into any organization

Participation in our programs does not guarantee any specific career outcome.

All recruitment decisions are made solely by employers and recruiting organizations.

3. Participant Responsibility

Success in any career development program depends on several factors, including but not limited to:

  • Individual effort
  • Skills development
  • Qualifications
  • Experience
  • Application quality
  • Interview performance
  • Labor market conditions

Participants remain fully responsible for their own career decisions and job applications.

4. Mentorship Scope

Mentorship services may include:

Mentorship does not constitute recruitment, employment brokerage, or guaranteed placement services.

5. Fees and Payments

All fees paid for mentorship, coaching, CV reviews, and related services are payments for professional support and guidance.

Fees are not payments for employment opportunities or job placement.

6. Refund Policy

Payments made for mentorship, coaching, CV review, and career support services are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.

Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of NGO Career Link under special circumstances.

7. Professional Conduct

Participants are expected to interact respectfully with mentors, facilitators, and fellow participants.

NGO Career Link reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation where misconduct, harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior occurs.

8. Accuracy of Information

Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information, documents, and materials submitted are accurate and truthful.

Providing false information may result in termination of services without refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

NGO Career Link shall not be liable for:

  • Job application outcomes
  • Recruitment decisions made by employers
  • Employment losses
  • Rejected applications
  • Missed opportunities
  • Career decisions made by participants

Participants use the platform and services at their own discretion.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By selecting "I Agree" and completing payment, you confirm that:

  • ✔You understand that no job, internship, volunteer position, interview, or employment opportunity is guaranteed.
  • ✔You are paying for mentorship, guidance, professional development support, and career-related services only.
  • ✔You agree to abide by all program requirements and policies.
